Dr. Ha was born in Da Lat, Vietnam. Her family emigrated to the United States in 1975 and currently resides in San Jose. She is a mother of 3 beautiful children. She is an alumnus of Santa Clara University. She has a strong interest in pediatrics postnatal care and preventive medicine.
